Shop Policy


All written requests for refunds or returns on the digital products including online courses, programs, guides and ebooks, services, gift cards, workshops and event tickets shared through this blog/webiste will be evaluted on a case-by-case basis. Items identified as a "digital product" are 100% electronic in nature, and therefore, nothing will be shipped unless explicitly stated. 7 Days Notice on Returns & Refunds Return or exchange requests for most products require written notice within 7 days of purchase. However, if 7 days have gone by since your original purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete any returns, you will need proof of purchase such as the shop receipt or other proof of purchase within the 7 day time limit. Most products and services provide instant access or a digital download. Please note, there may be restrictions on select products. In some cases, there may be no refund. Coaching Services Refunds Refunds on coaching services provided are assessed on a case-by-case basis given the many variables of the coaching service, your Coach, and you as the client. Within all reason, a mutally acceptable outcome will be attempted and may only be a partial refund. This is due to the interactive nature of coaching sessions, client motivation and commitment levels, life circumstances and unforseen issues that my interfer with the reasonable execution or continuance of the service purchased. Health sesssions are contingent on your Coach and your own person time schedule and subject to private arrangement. Only a 50% refund refund will be returned if the Coach has actively tried to engage you in the purchased service but has been unsuccessful after 3 attempts. If you think you may be unable to fufill your obligations as the custmer, it is recommended to reserve purchase until you can fully commit to the coaching services offered. Return Policy
After submitting a written request for a refund with proof of purchase, you will be sent an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us directly to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Sale Products or Programs
Sale items will be refunded at the price of which you purchased them at. You will not be refunded for the original price of the product or program.
